REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Refund can be done by submitting a written notice to the management of the company requesting a refund through the official email of the company.
2. No Refund, once registration is approved.
3. A player gets no refund of payment for registration of an event once he completes online registration.
4. All refunds are subjected to deduction of non-refundable administrative charges
5. All refunds will be made to the mobile money number or dedit card from which the original payment was made. If this cannot be done for reasons beyond the control of BTC Sports Network, a cheque will be made out to the cardholder. Cheques will take two (2) business days to be processed.
6. Cash refunds are not available for online payments.
7. Refund payments may be subject to 20% administrative charge.
8. Refunds will be made in the same currency that the original payment was made.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy only applies to online payments made.
